Is Avenue Dental Plan more affordable than insurance?
The plan is less costly than many insurances. Insurances typically have higher monthly premiums compared to our annual and monthly membership plan fees. Many insurances also require co-payments and have deductibles in addition to their monthly premiums. Insurances also have yearly caps.
How do I sign up for an Avenue Dental Plan?

Do I need a Member ID card?
Your Welcome Email will contain your digital Member ID and instructions on how to get started. At your dental appointment, all you need to present is a form of government identification (ie. driver’s license) for yourself and all eligible members of your plan over the age of 18.
How soon can I start using my Avenue Dental Plan?
Right away! With Avenue Dental Plan, as soon as your payment is processed you will receive a Welcome Email with your Member ID and instructions on getting started. Typically this process is instantaneous.
